I am a Masters Level Clinical Social Worker and mental health therapist who practices individual, couples/family, and group therapies with children, adolescents and adults. I work with clients experiencing difficulty with depressive or anxiety symptoms, relationship issues, unhealthy behaviors, and low self-esteem. I am currently under clinical supervision of Shelly Eisenstadt, LCSW. I am also a Board Certified Life Coach working primarily with women in life transitions who are making decisions about their future and the life they want to create
I have extensive training in Play Therapy which I use in my work with children and adolescents. By encouraging children to express themselves using their natural language of play, and providing a safe therapeutic environment, I strive to help them process inner experiences and feelings which may lead to social, emotional, behavioral and relational issues
