I specialize in educating my clients on creating an emotionally, mentally, and sexually healthy relationship. I encourage and challenge my clients to have honest discussions, with themselves and their partner or spouse.
I incorporate aspects of both existential therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy with my clients, and am always open to different theoretical approaches to meet my clients' needs.
