My approach combines traditional talk therapy, art therapy and EMDR techniques because there are many ways to address issues. I will work with you to find the most comfortable and best fit. These treatment options help people of all ages, struggling with developmental, spiritual, cognitive/emotional issues. I am honored to help you in meeting your goals.
