Hello! My name is Michelle Matthews and I have been a therapist for 21 years. My specialties include, trauma (EMDR certified, trained for 13 years), relationship issues, blended families and anxiety. I am an LGBTQ+ ally.
I enjoy working with the military as my husband is a retired veteran. I utilize EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) in my work with PTSD clients. This is a powerful tool which helps the brain heal itself.
