Si se puede! I am a bilingual English/Spanish psychotherapist working in the mental health field for the past 20 years. I provide therapy to children, adolescents and adults. I have worked in Outpatient clinics as well provided therapy in-home, school and other community settings. Some of the clients that I work with come with trauma, anxiety or depression. I also see many children experiencing attention difficulties, hyperactivity, impulsivity, anger, behavior or communication difficulties.
My work is individualized to meet the client's specific needs. I utilize different treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Techniques, Mindfulness and Play therapy techniques. I offer individual and family therapy.
