As a LMHC who was born & raised in SWFL, I will do my best to make you feel right at home in my office. I have a special place in my heart for school/college-aged clients due to my background as a college athlete, classroom teacher & coach. My holistic approach incorporates aspects of physical activity, nutrition, & faith-based principles.
