Women's Therapy Group
I co-facilitate an ongoing psychodynamic Women's Therapy Group for women interested in deepening their understanding of themselves and how they relate to others. Women in the group bring a variety of life experiences and personal goals. Members share what they are going through in their lives currently as well as their in-the-moment feelings and reactions to what is going on in the group, to gain a deeper understanding of their own feelings and reactions to others. Members find that this sharing leads to richer and more meaningful experiences in relationships, both inside and outside the group.
