I primarily use somatic therapies, working with the nervous system. You will be supported in effectively identifying and addressing beliefs and behaviors that sabotage your efforts to make the changes you desire. You will be given the tools to find peace and freedom in your life and achieve your goals.
I work with anxiety, self esteem, trauma, PTSD, CPTSD and performance issues. I have extensive experience working with trauma and nervous system dysregulation.
I am trained in Somatic Experiencing and other somatic therapies. I also work with veterans who are experiencing combat stress/PTSD.
