Serving as a therapist since 1994, I am licensed (LPC) and nationally certified (NCC) and am a certified eating disorder specialist (CEDS). I provide counseling for relationships, depression, anxiety, & ED. I teach mindfulness, self-compassion, and critical thinking skills for re-discovering your Self.
