My name is Vanessa Graf and I work in relationship development, starting with the relationship between me and my client. Although I work with couples, my best work is with the individual striving toward self-awareness. As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I teach strategies to manage mental health issues while teaching mindfulness, self acceptance and Self Love - the key to happiness. I am an empathic counselor with a good sense of humor.
As a Generalist, I treat a variety of disorders like depression, anxiety, and all manner of neurotic unhappiness. I work to help clients improve the quality of their lives. Having done my doctoral work in pregnancy and childbirth, I find this to be of particular interest and expertise.
Being a licensed marriage and family therapist with a doctorate in clinical psychology, my clients enjoy the education of a psychologist at the price of a counselor. My clients become happier!
