Hello! My name is Kaye, and I am here to assist you in your journey. I have been in counseling and coaching combined for over 12 years. In my previous job, I was a collegiate basketball coach, but I have experience working with all ages. I believe that others would consider me as driven, affirming, energetic, and having a sense of humor. I look forward to beginning this journey with you and want you to know how courageous you are for taking this step for therapy!
I believe we must be Open-minded, but mostly that you are the expert on your life. I am just here to walk alongside of you during this process.
I firmly believe in leaving therapy with something to hang on to. Often times our days are spent being overwhelmed with life on life terms. Therefore, taking away a gentle approach to do some extra work outside of therapy along with self care statements to further growth will add to the experience.
