“I would highly recommend therapy with Katie. I really struggled with some things from my past and by trusting the work, I was able to look back in time and really explore my past. If you put in the work during therapy, you will come out the other side stronger and more resilient.” – Past Client

Seeking Safety Group offers new and safe coping skills that are learned alongside others who have similar desires to improve their quality of life. If a DBT group has been suggested to you; Seeking Safety employs a lot of the same concepts. Groups run approximately every 10 weeks.
