I specialize in CBT and DBT methods that help you understand yourself and why you do what you do, while giving you tools to make lasting changes.

I received my Master's degree in counseling psychology from the University of Houston. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology. In addition to private practice, I have also worked in multiple psychiatric hospitals as an inpatient therapist, focusing on depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-esteem, and PTSD.
