Tim Jindra is a licensed clinical mental health counselor and created East Mountain Therapy as a refuge to find healing. He has 22 years of experience working in treatment settings, including 10 years at Cirque Lodge, which is a residential program that treats substance abuse problems, addictions, and other mental health related issues like mood disorders, anxiety problems and issues related to trauma. He is a member of American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) and advocates on behalf of those suffering from mental health disorders. He has an extensive history of working with couples, families, and adolescents.
Tim Jindra specializes with working with people who suffer from mood disorders, addictions, marital and family strain, PTSD, and has worked with many combat veterans and their families. He has extensively worked with troubled teenagers and their families. He provides consultation, case management, and other outpatient services as well.
Tim Jindra is from Cleveland Ohio. As a child,he appreciated the restorative power of the mountains when he would visit his cousins in Colorado. His dream was to live in the mountains and now resides in Provo, Utah. He appreciates the opportunity to work in such a beautiful setting.
