Dedicated to the mental health of the next generation. Therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults. Rooted in insight, connection, and the highest quality care.
Play therapy uses children’s natural language—play—to help them express emotions and build coping skills. We meet teens where they are, helping them feel seen, heard, and supported. With young adults, we foster curiosity and honesty as they explore their inner world. For parents and caregivers, we offer a supportive space to navigate the challenges and emotional demands of raising a child at any age.
Our Team
With over 10 years of experience, I help individuals and couples navigate the parts of life that can feel overwhelming, uncertain, or simply hard to manage alone. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, with a focus on helping you better understand yourself, feel more grounded, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression and mood concerns, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. I also have experience treating eating and body-image concerns, including anorexia and bulimia, and have a particular specialization in maternal mental health.
