About
Is anxiety impacting your relationships? You've come to the right profile. Do you find it hard to say no? Do you struggle with feeling selfish when you do things for yourself? Do you worry frequently that people will leave if they get to know the "real you"? I love helping my clients unpack anxiety and trauma to develop the confidence and self-compassion to live the life they've always dreamed of living. No matter what you have been through, you deserve loving, supportive relationships with others, and especially with yourself.
I am down-to-earth, genuine, and warm. I take a gentle, strengths-based approach to therapy. At the end of the day, therapy works best when you feel comfortable and accepted. Creating a safe, consistent, welcoming relationship with my clients is my highest priority. I am proud to be a Certified Trauma Professional.
Finding someone who puts you at ease can be tough. I encourage you to reach out to schedule a consultation to see if we are a good fit. I would love to hear from you.
