We are for you if you are ready to let go of food and/or body issues but don’t know how to and/or don’t have the freedom to leave your job/family etc. Our team consists of a marriage and family therapist, a dietitian that specializes in sports nutrition and eating disorders, a shaman, a meal coach, a career coach as well as a yoga and meditation guru. Our approach is significantly different than what you would experience in most treatment centers or with most therapists. We combine ancient yogic practices with modern therapies. If you know it’s time to step out of your comfort zone, we are here to help you get your life back.
We help you blend the best of Western and Eastern eating disorder, disordered eating and body issue interventions by connecting you with your mind, body and soul. We use practices from somatic experiencing, kundalini yoga, Shamanic practices, ancient Sufi techniques, Ayurvedic practices, sports nutrition and food psychology.
