My name is Emily. I hold space for you to untangle the everyday stressors and pressures in your life. I use a somatic approach, focusing on what the body is trying to tell us, as well as Mother Earth. Think of sessions with me as soothing self-care maintenance. I strive for a feminist, multicultural approach. All bodies and beings are welcome here.
