Together we will develop a plan, using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational interviewing (MI) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT).
My life experiences include overcoming the stigma of teen pregnancy, confusion, uncertainty, grief, and military challenges. Today, I live a life with safety, security and self-acceptance.
