Hi! Welcome! As a licensed psychologist I have had the opportunity to work with a very diversified group of clients. I believe there are unique strengths, aspirations, vulnerabilities, tendernesses, joys and heartbreaks in every person's life. It is my privilege to help people know and accept their authentic selves and become more mindful, loving, compassionate and nurturing toward themselves and others. I work with clients with more acute issues (anxiety, depression, life transitions) as well as long standing trauma, emotional pain or mental health concerns. I want clients to leave my office feeling understood and hopeful.
I am holistic in my approach to wellness, and believe that emotional, physical, social and spiritual health and healing are all part of the therapeutic process. I work well with individuals and couples, seeing primarily adults, seniors, and people managing and/or recovering from a serious mental illness.
I offer my clients a warm and accepting psychological space, all of my attention, positive regard and my clinical therapy expertise.
