I believe deeply in the importance of self-discovery and the journey toward a more fulfilling life. My work is centered on supporting individuals in becoming the best version of themselves by strengthening their existing skills and gently working through the barriers that hold them back. My passion lies in working with individuals navigating trauma. With over 8 years of experience in the mental health field, I recognize that each person’s story is uniquely their own and that healing looks different for everyone. I believe each individual holds an innate capacity for growth and healing, and that their healthiest self exists within.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and trauma-informed, blending EMDR, experiential therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, and a bit of humor. I specialize in working at the intersections of trauma, LGBTQIA+ identities, minority stress, intimate partner violence, and boundary setting.
Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable and anxiety-provoking, especially when deciding whether a therapist is the right fit. With this in mind, I offer a free consultation to help you determine whether working together feels supportive and aligned. I invite you to reach out by email to schedule a consultation and take the next step in your healing journey.
