My name is Eamonn. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with five years of therapy experience helping people with many different challenges overcome obstacles including sadness, worry, and guilt to open doors they have felt are closed to them. My goal is for clients to leave each session with a strategy to apply, whether internally or in the outside world.
I work to establish a trauma-informed atmosphere of safety with all clients, developing strategies that clients can use to cope with challenging emotions both inside and outside the therapy session. I draw from psychodynamic, gestalt, and cognitive behavioral approaches, and offer online sessions for ease of access.
