You’re a parent who senses that something isn’t quite adding up—school feels harder than it should, emotions run big, or your child is working twice as hard just to keep up. Or you’re a teen or adult seeking answers, not labels, and a clearer way forward. You’re looking for thoughtful psychological testing that brings understanding, not confusion—and recommendations you can actually use. You want clarity, validation, and a plan that supports real growth at home, school, or work.

I’m passionate about helping children, teens, and young adults feel more confident, emotionally supported, and equipped to handle anxiety, depression, and life stress. The teens and young adults I work with are often the ones who seem “fine” on the outside, while quietly carrying anxiety, self-doubt, pressure, or sadness on the inside. Many worry about being a burden or keep their feelings to themselves to avoid upsetting others. Parents may notice their child becoming withdrawn, overwhelmed, irritable, or struggling with confidence. Beneath it all, they want to feel understood, accepted, and comfortable being themselves.

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here! Life in young adulthood can feel unpredictable, especially when relationships start to shift or feel strained. Whether you’re dealing with a breakup, friendship changes, roommate stress, or pressure at work, it can all start to feel like too much at once. In our work together, you’ll have a nonjudgmental space to make sense of what you’re experiencing and work through it together. We’ll focus on helping you better understand your emotions, communicate more effectively, and build steadiness in how you show up in your relationships.

Life transitions, unresolved trauma, and ongoing stress can quietly shape how you feel, relate, and show up each day. My approach is compassionate, practical, and focused on helping you move forward feeling more grounded and confident. I work with women, parents, and teens navigating emotional challenges, relationship stress, and major life transitions. I am Advanced-trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and help clients process unresolved trauma, distressing experiences, and emotional patterns that may be keeping them "stuck" or impacting their present life.

You or your child may be feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or like no one quite understands what you’re going through. Whether navigating friendships, family relationships, big emotions, life transitions, or the pressures of growing up, therapy can provide a safe space to feel seen and supported. Together, we can build confidence, coping skills, emotional awareness, and trust in yourself. Therapy can be a gentle first step toward feeling more understood, capable, and confident in everyday life, while creating space to better understand yourself, your relationships, and the experiences that shape you as you grow.
