By providing a safe and thoughtful environment, clients and I collaborate to develop a deeper understanding of their thoughts, feelings and behaviors and to identify underlying issues that may be interfering with the quality of life.
Each client determines the focus of treatment. It may be to address a particular problem or more general long term difficulties. Developing a better understanding of one's self and others makes it possible to find new ways of coping, gain a better sense of self, and live a more meaningful life.
