I use cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy to help you realize your full potential. At your initial visit we will explore what it is that brings you to therapy and we will determine a path together that will move you forward in your life.
I have expertise working with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with a variety of life challenges. I have 15+ years experience working in inpatient and outpatient settings helping clients manage depression, anxiety, trauma, and abuse. I offer daytime and evening hours in a private, professional, and easily accessible office.
I will also provide treatment in your home or a community setting when it is clinically appropriate. I offer a full range of services to Fee for Service Medicaid recipients including in home therapy. I look forward to working with you.
