Many of my clients are navigating relationships, caregiving responsibilities, exploring how they communicate, connect, set boundaries, or repair.
My approach is grounded in relational and psychodynamic theory, a commitment to liberation and social justice, and lived experience. The work we do can be deep, but it doesn't have to be heavy all the time. I bring warmth, realness, and often a bit of humor into the room, because therapy can be raw, weird, honest, and even funny sometimes.
