I work from a collaborative background, encouraging clients to be involved in the therapeutic process as well as steer their own journey. As a queer identifying person, I offer gender affirming and celebratory care to multiple marginalized populations as they navigate life transitions, sexuality, depression, anxiety, and other presenting concerns.

I have specific experience in supporting clients as they explore racial, gender, and sexual identities as well as managing life related anxiety, depression, and other presenting concerns. I have experience in working with individuals, couples, and groups in a private practice setting.

LGBTQ+ Process Group (Virtual)
At Lighthouse Therapy, we understand that being a queer person in the world can come with certain expectations, pressures, and messaging. Whether these come from family, loved ones, or society at large, moving through the world can be complex and, at times, isolating. This group will be a place where individuals feel comfortable exploring topics including but not limited to intimacy, relationships, expression, effects of discrimination, expectations, safety, and empowerment. You can expect a guided space that celebrates your identity/identities, whatever that may be.
