I truly believe all can benefit from supportive guidance during life events, especially while dealing with grief and loss, depression, and anxiety. I approach every situation in a supportive and empathetic manner to assist individuals feel validated and encouraged.
I specialize in motivational interviewing therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and have a passion for helping others overcome anxiety and depression and any other life-changing events. My approach is personalized and rooted in research, designed to help you gain the tools and confidence to face life’s challenges.
