At Dynamis Counseling, we work with adolescents, adults, couples, families, athletes, and professionals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and substance use or addiction issues. Our team provides a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can build self-awareness, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change. Through personalized, evidence-based counseling, including trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, performance counseling, and equine-assisted therapy, we help clients build resilience and move toward their goals.
Our clinicians specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, and substance use recovery. We also offer athlete and performance counseling, equine-assisted therapy, and animal-assisted interventions.
