About

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California, who provides therapy and psychological assessment services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I believe that healing and learning about oneself is a process all deserve, and that it should occur when they feel ready. My clients present with challenges related to depression, anxiety, psychological trauma, childhood development, parenting, and everyday stressors.
My background is informed by psychodynamic systems and cognitive behavioral theories. I work to support clients in meaningful connection with themselves, their relationships, and I believe strongly in helping individuals utilize their strengths. I approach my work with curiosity, and I take a supportive and non-judgmental stance during sessions.
Through comprehensive collaborative psychological testing, I identify or rule out disorders or areas of challenge that can be causing difficulties at home or at school. I specialize in assessing and supporting ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Asperger’s Disorder, behavioral, emotional, or learning disorders, and intellectual giftedness.
