My approach to therapy is highly relational, as I want to build trust and connection with my clients because I believe that you are more than just the problem(s) that you walk into therapy with. Our lives are lived surrounded by people and learning how to navigate the relationships with ourselves and others makes this life a bit easier. I desire to challenge my clients into places that aid their growth. Life is messy and broken at times, I am seeking clients that know this and have the resolve within them to not let that stop them from pursuing a greater life for themselves in the future.
I hold over five years of experience in mental health and have seen a wide range of ages, diagnoses, cultures, and levels of willingness to change their life circumstances. I provide my clients with the freedom to be who they are and to take off their masks. I have seen and heard almost everything and invite people to be their honest selves with me.
