I am a relational queer-focused therapist who works with kids, teens, adults, and couples with complex trauma related to identity and relationship abuse. Complex trauma presents itself in forms of dissociation, suicidal ideation, self-harm, anxiety, depression, feelings of low self-worth/esteem, or issues activated by life transitions and interpersonal relationships. It can feel isolating to navigate the hard parts of life without feeling seen. Hearing your story while facilitating a space for you to be valued and challenged to live into your values is my goal.

I love meeting people where they're at to help them understand, connect, and heal the wounded parts of their story. I use evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches to guide our work together. I am formally trained in EMDR and incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS or Parts Work), Psychodynamic, and Somatic-informed interventions.

I also always invite art practices into sessions to encourage emotional expression, regulation, and self-connection. I believe healing happens in relationships, and I hope that therapy becomes a place where you feel a genuine sense of belonging.
