I am passionate about working with people wanting to process and heal from trauma, people wanting to use EMDR, the LGBT+ population, anxiety or sex/sexuality-related issues as well as couples wanting to improve their relationships and people exploring polyamory, non-monogamy or open relationships. I have a drive for helping people heal, grow, and take great care to develop a unique treatment plan to meet your needs while offering a safe and supportive space.
I create a welcoming, safe environment where you feel safe and heard. I am LGBT+ aligned, trained in EMDR to help people heal from trauma, I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to get to the root of WHY we do the behaviors we do and what we can do about it, and Solution-Focused Therapy for clients who want more direct answers to their concerns.
Clients leave me feeling more at peace with their past, more confident about their future, and understanding themselves better. I work with people wanting to process and heal from trauma, the LGBT+ population, men's issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, couples and people exploring non-monogamy.
