I also enjoy working alongside adults of all ages as they explore identities and values; manage anxiety, depression, and daily stressors; navigate life transitions; and work towards their goal of creating a more fulfilling life.
I am committed to providing a safe and affirming counseling space where you can be your most authentic self without shame. I approach my counseling from a person-centered and feminist point-of-view, which centers your values, celebrates all aspects of your identity, and empowers you to tell your own story.
