I offer relationally centered counseling for adults and couples of all identities. I love working with folks who are committed and looking to grow through the evolving process of what it means to be in good relationship.
I specialize in relationship dynamics, attachment, family systems, grief, and life transitions. I combine a systems approach with emotionally focused therapy (EFT) to attend to the deep internal process while processing it within the context of your identities, values, family, and ecological context.
When you come to therapy, you can expect me to engage with you collaboratively, candidly, directly, with humor. Together, we can identify and shift patterns, build and work towards goals, improve communication, evaluate and improve relationships, and build present moment and emotional awareness.
