My experience ranges in working with clients of diverse backgrounds, ages, and life experiences. I utilize a strength-based, integrative approach with clients based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and often implement tenets of psychodynamic techniques, mindfulness, EMDR, and humanism. I have experience seeing individuals, couples, and families.

I prefer to work as collaboratively as possible with my clients. No one knows your experience better than you do, and I value my clients' input throughout treatment. I work to build understanding with my clients and develop potential solutions to your struggles. I look forward to helping you develop problem solving skills to manage your struggles.
