In my practice, I provide EMDR therapy while also drawing upon Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I utilize a holistic approach to therapy that engages the body, mind, and spirit to help you regain the agency you deserve and build a deeper sense of meaning in your life.
