I enjoying working with those who are seeking insight into what has led them to where they are, are looking to feel empowered in their lives and have a desire for change. I typically help clients with relational issues, anxiety, life transitions and trauma. I utilize a LGBTQIA+ affirmative, feminist lens and fuse together a psychodynamic approach and when appropriate Attachment Focused EMDR to target traumas. I also enjoy working with couples who are looking to tune up their communication skills and make time to reconnect.

My approach to therapy is predominately psychodynamic. I have strong background in cultural diversity, feminism and my graduate studies focused on LGBTQIA+ affirmative psychotherapy.
