I know that therapy can be difficult and/or awkward, so I use a blend of various talk-therapies, psychoeducation, and humor to create a space where you can feel brave enough and empowered to make some difficult changes. I provide 9 therapy groups in the area of addiction & recovery, experience of pre-licensed psychotherapists, and pet grief. I also provide individual and family therapy for those wanting to change their relationship(s) with alcohol, other drugs, and/or process addictions. Check out my website for all options.
I believe we make meaning through the stories we tell ourselves and the stories others tell about us. Together we will work on unraveling the problematic stories you tell yourself and allow you to create new stories to tell yourself while building a community of support for your new stories. This approach is grounded in narrative therapy and modern analytic.

This service is intended for people experiencing grief from recent or upcoming pet loss. It is a supportive therapy group with others to grieve your loss, process your thoughts and feelings, and learn about the grieving process. $75 per session. Sliding-scale available.
