I work with couples, triads, and individuals (18+) and I specialize in complex trauma and relationship issues.
Often with clients, we talk about unprocessed grief, patterns of behavior that may not be working anymore, discerning what care looks like and how to ask for it, and how values and actions might be better aligned.
In relationship counseling, I help people learn conflict de-escalation skills, to communicate with each other so you each feel heard and understood, and to negotiate relational agreements. I am specialized in queer non-monogamous relationship counseling.
With me, therapy moves at your pace and is guided by your needs and goals. My approach is Somatic, Liberatory, and Attachment based. This could mean increasing emotional awareness or expression, understanding your impact on others, examining patterns of behavior, building community resources, and/or coping within oppressive systems.
