I work with individuals and relationships.
I specialize in complex trauma, helping people recover from burn out, and helping people going through major life transitions. Often with clients, we talk about increasing self-compassion and self-advocacy, about their relationship to their body, we process grief, and we talk about how values and actions might be better aligned.
In relationship counseling, I help people examine relational patterns, build conflict resolution skills, process trauma and grief, and build a path forward together. I am specialized in queer non-monogamous (ENM) relationship counseling.
With me, therapy moves at your pace and is guided by your needs and goals. My approach is Somatic, Liberatory, and Attachment based. This could mean increasing emotional awareness or expression, understanding your impact on others, examining patterns of behavior, building community resources, and coping within oppressive systems.
It is my honor to serve queer, trans, poly, neurodivergent community. <3
Client agency is very important to me as a practitioner. I take an anti-carceral approach to mental healthcare, where informed consent is key to trust building. I'm happy to talk more about how I practice this in a free consultation.
