I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, confidence and self esteem issues, OCD and ADHD. I am also certified in Trauma Counseling and have helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse, and various traumatic life experiences.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels or judgement. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and client centered therapy. I will tailor our interactions to meet your needs, as every client requires an individual approach.
