I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with teens and young adults. I’ve supported clients in high schools, wilderness therapy programs, and hospital settings to work through anxiety, depression, overwhelm, anger, life transitions, trauma, relationship challenges, and more.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth. Together we’ll explore what’s been blocking your path ahead, build insight, and find practical ways to help you feel grounded and like yourself again. I help clients to reconnect with their strengths and inner wisdom, and as a result they can move forward with greater confidence and sense of self.
I see teens/young adults in person in my Truckee office and I create a space that feels safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental, where you can show up exactly as you are. Many clients find that this becomes a place where they can take a pause, feel understood, and start to explore what's been holding them back.
