Hello, I'm Dwonna. I am committed to helping people find the strength inside themselves to triumph in relationships, overall functioning, and living a balanced life. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with young children, adolescents, adults, families, and other specialized groups. My clients have presented with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, communication problems, marital concerns, parenting challenges, ADHD, eating disorders, grief and loss, self-injury, and social skills development. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy,
In my own life, I constantly strive for balance. I enjoy spending time with my family, outings with friends, and traveling. I believe in the importance of relaxation and maintaining those things that bring joy and fulfillment. I encourage the same for my clients and will help with the identification process if necessary.
