Utilizing skill building techniques and creating deeper insight we can awaken the curiosity and achieve safety, healing and growth by opening ourselves up to compassion and empathy, not only for those around us, but also for our self!
My approach is conversational and inviting! My goal is understanding YOU, your needs and working with your strengths to achieve the peace and connection that you desire.
