Don't be afraid. Fear and shame rule much of our lives, but therapy can help. I don't do cookie cutter therapy, I believe in providing individual, nonjudgmental, and creative treatment. My patients are many of the bravest people I know, and they deserve that type of personalization. If you want to know more about me you can listen to my podcast, check out my website, or visit my YouTube channel for coping skills and other videos. (Check out www.dwighthurst.com for links to all of these things)

The main focus of my practice is to help with Major Life Changes, including problems related to abuse recovery, addiction, divorce, death, domestic violence, or other forms of life changing events. Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Abuse Recovery, OCD, PTSD, Addiction, Autism, sexual addiction, marital counseling, and childhood disorders. www.dwighthurst.com

I am an Adjunct Faculty member for the University of Phoenix, and an experienced trainer and presenter. Need a workshop? Give me a call. If you are feeling in a silly mood check out my Vine channel.
