If you face trauma, addiction, and major life changes I can help. Some struggle with depression, ADHD, abuse recovery, religious trauma, reactions of loved ones to coming out, and much more. As we combine efforts we can get a lot done. A strengths-based, individualized approach is the best way for people to recover from mental health disruption. You will never be judged in our sessions, and you will absolutely have a voice. Court-Ordered Services available, including substance abuse/mental health evaluation & assessment, outpatient therapy, Prime For Life/DUI Classes, co-parenting, and parent-child reunification counseling.

I am a Harm Reduction therapist, which means we will create an individual treatment plan that is specific to your needs. I use modern trauma therapy techniques such as IFS, EMDR, Somatic Techniques, and DBT. We can find an approach and balance that works for you.

In 2014 I began hosting & producing podcast sharing information about mental health and healing on The Broken Brain podcast, a free resource dedicated to sharing understanding of psychology, culture, art, and recovery.

Role-Playing Games (RPG) are on the rise in popularity, seems like you can't toss a D10 without it running into a new tabletop game system. I am using RPGs to work through trauma, addiction, build community, and practice social skills. Email and tell me what you're working on. Players will complete a campaign together to accomplish their goals as teammates. Every campaign is planned individually for the group, based on every member's needs. $300 for an 8 week campaigns, 1.5 hours each session. Join online or in person.

Social Skill Activities

Social Skill class for young people, aged 13-18, been going for about 10 years with many wonderful youth coming through. Most of the kids in the group have been diagnosed with ADHD, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, or Autism Spectrum. This isn't required, just mentioned to give an idea of what the group is like. The group uses hands-on activities, games, and role-playing to learn, which works much better for this group of young people. Group members learn skills to practice outside of group, and have fun with friends they form in group as well. Online & In-person attendance are available.
