Dwellness is a diverse team of NYC-based clinicians who treat individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan via in-home, innovative in-person, and teletherapy practices. We also offer grief support groups, grief walks, and short-term therapy bundles.
Our clinicians, including social workers, mental health counselors, and creative arts therapists, specialize in different developmental periods and therapeutic techniques, which allows for an individualized treatment approach to address each client’s challenges.
Our philosophy is therapy should be accessible. Bringing psychotherapy into the most relevant space to the client often profoundly influences feelings of safety, comfort, and connection.
