I want to help adults, teens, and children overcome obstacles that prevent them from developing fulfilling and meaningful relationships with family and other people. I aspire to guide people on their journey to become more aware of their values, wants, and needs and help them develop the skills and confidence to overcome depression, stress, loneliness, and trauma. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and collaborative. With an empathic, validating, and non-judgmental presence in your life you can make the changes needed to live a life more aligned with your expectations.
I have 9 years of experience providing mental health services to young children, teenagers, adults, and their families in a non-profit organization. The people I have worked with come to me for help on their mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and unfulfilling interpersonal relationships.
I also provide clinical supervision for therapist who are seeking to increase their reflective capacity when working with their clients. I focus on building on their strengths and problem solving abilities to manage their work life balance. My goal is to help therapist grow and reduce burnout.
