Feeling stuck or overwhelmed? You don’t have to go it alone. I help adults navigate challenges such as relationship struggles (including divorce—see my support group info below), career stress, parenting concerns, chronic pain, and grief. I also specialize in supporting those who have been hurt by religion or are in the process of deconstruction and spiritual exploration. It is common to experience anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and other symptoms in response to difficult circumstances – but with the right support, growth and healing are possible.
Therapy can help you process traumatic events, regulate your nervous system, and reclaim your sense of self. I draw on humanistic, emotion-focused, and mindfulness-based approaches to tailor each session to your needs. Depending on what feels right for you, we can also incorporate EMDR, CBT, breathwork, movement, humor, music, art, and more into sessions.
