I am trained in a wide variety of methods and I utilize techniques based on the needs of each individual client. My clinical experience includes, but is not limited to working with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, substance use, personality disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, relationship issues, parenting/family issues, and self-esteem.
