Hello there! My name is Dustin Mays- let me introduce myself. I am a father, a fitness enthusiast, I enjoy hiking, time with friends, family, and connecting with nature. I've been in the mental health field for 14 years and in that time have had the opportunity to gain a variety of experience. This has included working with children, adolescents, and adults living with emotional/ relational/ behavioral challenges, grief and trauma, as well as general life challenges. I've worked in people's homes, community mental health centers, group homes, as well as corrections. Throughout these experiences I've developed a diverse approach to working with my clients and tailor your therapy to your needs. We work together to identify your goals, talk about barriers and solutions, and develop insight and skills to get you there.
